Valeries Mother Catarina Mendiola is trying to raise $5,000 REWARD to offer for information regarding the disappearance of her daughter Valerie Ingorvaia. Her phone pinged on hwy 173 in Hondo, Texas where Val's phone was eventually found by the family. Law Enforcement refuses to investigate.
