Beautiful Baby James Chaires . Little Angel in Heaven, your Aunt Mari is one of the strongest, bravest souls I've ever met. Mari's courage and persistence brought you home and and brought some justice. Special thanks to the Special Victims Unit Detectives Ramirez and Volt for executing a warrant so quickly after our visit. No baby should have to endure the horrible circumstances as you did. I'm sure you are going to be a great Guardian of children from our Heaven above. Enjoy your wings little man.
